Snow Day

We did indeed have a snow storm, the forecast was for once accurate. We've got at least 8 inches of snow, and it's still falling steadily.

Our computer fix-it guy canceled, because he wasn't able to get here. [I'm kind of relieved] The kids spent the morning out in the snow. Mace and Barry had to brave the elements and go all the way across town to a birthday party. Gross... The girl and I just hung out at home. We haven't done much of anything.

Here are a few pictures to describe our last 5 days weather-wise:

March 29th - the snow is perfect for snowmen! Madelyn and I made this one.

March 30th - the water is running, and it's warm. The snowman's eyes, nose, mouth and buttons have fallen off.
March 31st - There's not much left of our snow friend now!

April 1st - This is what our backyard looked like yesterday. This was all that was left of our creation.
April 2nd - This is what our backyard looks like today. [And it has not stopped snowing yet!]


What they typically say about our weather, is if you don't like it, wait 5 minutes. Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny and warm. Let the meltdown begin!
