I do like to see snow as a back drop to Christmas lights and decorations. But I can certainly do without the terrible driving conditions. The snow banks. Getting stuck on side streets. This big dump of snow, somewhere between 20-40 cm through the city was indeed impressive.
It's funny that all the drivers in our house appreciate the lack of snow. Miss Madelyn on the other hand, kept going on about how it doesn't seem like Christmas if there's no snow. She was delighted to wake up to this fresh dump. Maybe not so much that she had to help shovel it.
I was just thrilled, that we had no where to go.
